Is Wax Poetic Wine Bar 21 and over?
While we welcome everyone, our intimate dining experience is not suitable for rowdy children.
Is there a dress code?
We have a 'come as you are' policy and find that when our guests return they tend to dress up a bit.
What is the wifi password?
We strive for your experience at Wax Poetic to remind you of a simpler time and encourage you to put your phone away.
While we exist in a modern age our entire operation runs on wifi - we use it to run almost all aspects of the business and due to bandwidth constraints we do not have public wifi.
Can I bring my dog?
WE WISH!! Due to health department regulations only service animals who are trained to perform a specific task are allowed in the restaurant. We hope to have outdoor dining soon so that you can hang out with your bestie and still enjoy our delicious food and refreshments.
Is the venue available for private events?
Of Course! We have had several successful events. One of our favorites was a wrap party for a local theatre production.
What about parking?
In Magnolia Park, there is an abundance of FREE parking all along the Boulevard. We encourage the use of rideshare apps or Metro. (please refrain from parking in the residential neighborhoods)
